It is often the smallest flitter of the flower,
Or the intangible feeling of togetherness,
That is the ruthless value,
That we need to be brave enough,
To prioritise.

MOMENTS TRANSCRIBED AND SHARED, WHILE EXCHANGING
︎
Stacia
A moment that changed my life:
“The feeling of holding a new life in your arms is beyond reasonable…”
My favourite ritual:
“My wedding, in Hawaiian tradition they call the time before a big ritual Ho'oponopono ‘the bringing of the truth’ and it’s true, anything unclear must be cleared and released before you can really enter into something with the best intention and a full heart. I truly believe as a community we have very little ritual in our lives – and the more we can create the better, they are important rites of passage… I now see them as a blessing in every way and the true beauty these rituals can hold.”

Teague
Wisdom I hold:
“Nothing good ever came easy”
A secret:
“I never used to like tomatoes.
I thought they were tasteless bits of mush that ruined a perfectly good Subway sandwich….
I learned that I was wrong, both about tomatoes and Subway.”

Lizette
A favourite moment:
“Mornings are a moment that I can soak up time by myself.
But at the age of 51 (very nearly 52) my life is what it is,
because of lots of small moments rather than just one.”
My favourite ritual:
“First cup of tea in the morning…. only every our ‘perfect silver’ teapot…
First one up has to make the tea and deliver it the other person.”

Dave
My life changed when…
“The death of my father ultimately led me to becoming a stronger individual and a more empathetic person.”

Chorus Clothing
Wisdom I carry with me:
“That you can not live you life by comparisons.”
Project also documented in my first book, Grown & Gathered.
